How easy it it to cook these meals?
All the lunch and main meal options have been cooked with groups in a structured day programme. They are easy to make, cost less than you may think and most of them can be froozen for later. Cooking extra food and freezing the left overs are a great way to save time and money.

The hi team are delighted to bring you information and ideas to help you build an exciting and tasty vegetarian element to your meals.
This section can help you to vary your diet more, reduce your meat consumption or remove meat from your diet totally. What ever you want to do, you will find some very tasty meal ideas here.
