Serves 2-4
INGREDIENTS:
Crumpets or muffins – sliced in half
Pasta sauce
1 Tomato thinly sliced
2 Tbsp canned sweet corn
2 Slices ham - chopped
100g (4oz) Mushrooms - chopped
½ Tsp mixed herbs
25g (1oz) Grated cheese
EQUIPMENT:
Sharp knife
Can opener
Grater
Tablespoon
Teaspoon
Chopping board
Baking tray
METHOD:
Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F or gas mark 5
Spread muffins or crumpets with a thin layer of tomato passata
Add toppings from the list of ingredients, ending with grated cheese and sprinkle with herbs
The toppings can be arranged to make a funny face
Place in the oven until cheese is bubbling – approx 10-15 minutes
