Juicy tomato beefburgers
Serves 3-6
INGREDIENTS:
500g Extra lean mince beef/lamb
½ Large onion - chopped
4 Heaped tbsp fresh breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp parsley or mixed herbs
2 Tbsp tomato puree
Dash worcester sauce
EQUIPMENT:
Mixing bowl
Baking sheet
Knife
Teaspoon
Tablespoon
Wooden psoon
Pastry brush
Greaseproof paper
METHOD:
Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F or Gas mark 5
Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper
Put mince, onion, breadcrumbs, herbs, tomato puree and Worcester sauce in a bowl and mix well
Using well floured hand shape into 6 flattened rounds
Place on a baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes until browned and cooked through
Serve burgers with bread buns, salad and sauce
