Makes about 10
INGREDIENTS:
7g (1 sachet) Easy blend yeast
750g Strong white bread flour
1 Tsp Sugar
450ml Warm water
2 Teaspoon oil
1 Tsp Salt
EQUIPMENT
Measuring jug
Weighing scales
Baking tray
Teaspoon
Cooling rack
Wooden spoon
Cling film
Mixing bowl
METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Sprinkle the worktop with flour, turn out the mixture and knead for 10 minutes
Divide the dough into smaller pieces and shape
Place the shapes onto a greased baking tray
Cover with cling film and leave them to rise in a warm place for approx 30 minutes
Bake in the oven at 220C 425F gas mark 7 for about 15 minutes
Cool on a wire rack
